It had a lift, nice new bathroom.
No air con, very dark decor, hot and noisy at night.

The girl on the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, as well as also being able to assist me in English when my French ran into difficulties. The breakfast was reasonable.
The room was very small, with the bed taking up about 99% of the floor space. It got very hot in the room and it wasn't so easier to just have the windows open, as that would have meant that the curtains had to be open too, which I didn't feel comfortable with since there was another room's window directly opposite mine, about two metres away.

The room itself was sparkly clean with bed 120 cm for 2 personnes and had essentials we needed. The atmosphere created was warm;))

Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable firm beds. Views over Lyon from the tiny balcony (which reminded me of those on some of the famous painted walls in the old city!) Very clean room
The stairwell is being restored but at the moment is grimy and dim with stained carpets. The lighting in the staiwell is so poor that I think it could be dangerous. I like to use stairs. The lift was fine. Breakfast was rather disappointing with soft bread for 7 Euros. There is not good provision for hanging/storing clothes in the twin room for two people.

Reception is very nice and helpful. He introduce the city to us very detail. Room is very new and facilities are good although it s not very big. Decoration in the room is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Also, just near to the train station. Few minutes walk to the town. The hotel is more than 2 stars. We stay this hotel 2 nights and highly recommend to other.

Friendly staff and clean rooms, even if rather limited in size.
The position is not perfectly in the center but easy to reach it by foot (20min) or metro.

Staff were extremely kind and the room was very clean. Location is a ten minute walk from downtown commercial center and across the street from one of the most famous restaurants in Lyon. This is very convenient if you arrive later and don't want to go too far for a nice dinner.
The bathroom brings new meaning to smallest bathroom ever. It was really more like a bathroom in a room on a cruise ship. That being said, it was very clean and functional, and not a big deal in the end.

Perfect for those who seek cozy charm
This petite hotel was an amazing choice for our 1 week stay. The tiny bathroom reminded me of a little toilet cabin in a train but it was nice because of the theme. The breakfast was fine, got us going for the day. Staff was attentive, always there when we needed them.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Consider asking for a room away from the train station for a quieter experience, especially during busy travel times.
